In Punjabi Festival Lohri, dances are one of necessary event. Dances are most loving event for Lohri celebrations. Many peoples are believe that this festival began in the winter solstice.
Specially college and school peoples are very crazy about this Punjabi festival Lohri dance. This is a part of the heritage of punjab. Punjab dance is unique, this is not comapre to other dance.
The males and females are all together play different dances. Male dances are Bhangra, Jhoomer, Luddi, Julli and Dankara. The female dances are Giddha and Kikli.
In Lohri festival, Giddha for female and Bhangra for male are the most popular dances.
